Discovery of a few weeks ago: there are places that will deliver bi bim bap to our house for not-terribly-exorbitant prices.

Discovery of today: homemade bi bim bap. Okay, so some of the parts are store-bought, like seaweed salad and some spiced tofu skins that are taking the place of kimchi because all the kimchi was non-veggie. And adding a handful of brussels sprouts may not be authentic, but I didn't have any other cabbage and they're tasty. But basically, cook veggies from fridge, make rice, fry egg, have source of the red spicy sauce -> heaven on a plate.
