far too early

to be awake, but I am. I kept wanting to start going to the Y before work, and I'd get up, have sleep-deprivation nausea and grogginess, and reset my alarm. So I decided this week I'd get up in time to go to the Y, but use the time to read or play computer games, so that I'd start being sleepy earlier and morning-shift myself. I think this will work. :)

The main reason for this is eventually I want to join the Master's Swimming group there -- I miss competing in something, and I much prefer exercising with a team and a coach (or a class and a black-belt, but I don't have the time or the confidence in my ankle yet to try and find a TKD group).
